Kaabil trailer 2: Emotions stand out but what's wrong with Hrithik Roshan and his action?

The love story of Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam in Kaabil stands out in the second trailer of the film. What is wrong with the action, though?

The second trailer of Hrithik Roshan and Yami Gautam-starrer Kaabil is out. The film which is set to release on 25 January is a love story which leads to vengeance and bloodshed. Both Hrithik and Yami have played the characters of visually impaired people in the film.

The trailer opens with Hrithik seeking enough power from almighty to fulfill the dreams of his beloved. It then moves to show the revenge drama with the villains of the film — Ronit Roy and Rohit Roy fighting it out with the man. The lovely moments between Hrithik and Yami still take the most of the limelight in the trailer.

What’s hot: Even with a lot of action, Kaabil has a love story at its heart and that fuses in a lot of emotions into the trailer. The best scenes of the trailer come when both Hrithik and Yami are in a frame.

What’s not:  Kaabil seems to be riding high on its action and the revenge drama it offers. However, there’s no action scene that stands out in the trailer. Neither is there any heavy dialogue or expression giving required chills to the audience.

The second trailer of the film, though, seems better in every sense than the first trailer. While the first one also conveyed the same emotions and drama, it’s the serene pace of the second trailer that has adds weightage to it.

Also featuring Narendra Jha in a role of a cop, Kaabil is directed by Sanjay Gupta. The music of the film, which again doesn’t appear to be crackling enough, is given by Rajesh Roshan while the film is produced by Rakesh Roshan.
