From bringing the long lost friends together to keeping the families close and tight, the Internet today has become the way of the world. And of all the other devices, people are increasingly using their smartphones to connect to this powerful medium.

At a time when smartphones conveniently store the digital history of our lives, it has become all the more important that we safeguard all our data not just while we are using our smartphones but also when we decide to move on to a new and better device.

Before you start exploring the features of your funky new smartphone, it is imperative that you wipe your old smartphone clean so that all your data stays safe. The best way to do is by taking a back up of all the data on your old smartphone and restoring it to its factory settings.
