From Alia To Arjun, Celebs Show Their Deep Commitment Towards Environment By Sharing Videos

5th of June is celebrated as  World Environment Day. Every year, there is a different theme and a host country. This year’s theme is ‘Beat Plastic Pollution’ and the host country is India. Celebrities, sports players and politicians across the world have come forward to show their unwavering devotion to the cause by sharing videos on social media.

Before you throw around words like “tokenism” please remember that these celebs are requesting people to go green by switching to eco-friendly options. UN Environment started the campaign with a tweet in which they asked people to join the global game and post their video/ photo with #BeatPlasticPollution for #WorldEnvironmentDay and also challenge three friends to do the same.
