India vs Bangladesh Highlights, ICC Champions Trophy 2017; Indian batsmen chase down a modest total from Bangladesh as they won the game with 59 balls to spare

India once again played a perfect match against Bangladesh beating them quintessential win for the defending champions. India will be going up against Pakistan now on June 18 at Kennington, Oval, London. There was nothing that went out of India’s hands in the match as they dominated Bangladesh. It was a complete match for India with their batting order firing once again. Rohit got his first 100 in Champions Trophy and skipper Kohli played his natural game and scored 96 from 78 balls. He scored at a strike rate of 123.08.

India bowlers set up Indian batsmen for an easy chase. They won the game with 59 balls to spare. Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Jasprit Bumrah bowled well in the start and in the death overs. Kedar Jadhav turned out to be an ace up Kohli’s sleeve as he got two big wickets which stopped Bangladesh batsmen from scoring at a brisk rate and get past 300.

On the other hand, India are the Defending Champions of the tournament and would like themselves to set up a blockbuster final against Pakistan for the final.

Changes in the side?
In the press conference, Indian skipper Virat Kohli has hinted that he would not be replacing Ravichandran Ashwin with Umesh Yadav just because he did well against Bangladesh in the warm-up game. Kohli would like to stick with the winning combination as he announced that all the players are fit to play.

Pitch Report:
The Edgbaston pitch will help the batsmen. Expect a bit score, especially if India bats first. They played against Pakistan at Edgbaston and scored 319 in 48 overs. Bangladesh had a horrendous warm-up game as they lost by 240 runs. They would like to forget that and focus on the game in hand.
