Can be called the yummy mummy of Bollywood, Shilpa Shetty Kundra made the headlines for her fit body after she lost 21 kgs in 3 and ½ month post pregnancy and worked towards a better shape than what people had seen her on-screen. Since then the diva has been seen demonstrating a healthy lifestyle.

Working in the direction, she launched her Yoga CD, authored a book on Indian diet and the lately she also started a fitness YouTube channel. Addressing the needs of people who want to be fit with minimum efforts, the diva has used this platform to share healthy recipes and easy workouts.

If you are an admirer of this 41-year-old fit beauty and have always desired to be in shape like her, this YouTube channel is for you. To help her fans attain a better body, the actress recently shared a full fitness regime that will help you not just to attain strength, but also prepare you further for the high-intensity workout.

Titled as ‘Begginer’, in the video, she is demonstrating the basic-level exercises from ‘Squat to Chair’ to ‘Hip Raise’that will prepare you to do other routines with full intensity without any muscle wear and tear.

All these exercises can be performed anywhere and don’t require any equipment. Earlier, she has released three audio-visual Yoga CDs covering yoga asanas and Pranayam. She defines yoga as the new way of life.

Other than following her workout regime, the beautiful actress likes to eat a balanced diet and prefers wholesome foods to keep herself fit, slender, skinny and healthy. While interacting with the media at multiple occasions, she revealed that to shed her post-pregnancy weight, she started working out with light exercises such as cycling and walking.
