IFFI 2017: Alia Bhatt keeps it simple but elegant in a stunning all-black avatar

There is something very special about Alia Bhatt's gorgeous black gown that she wore at the IFFI 2017 in Goa. Have a look

While Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi Kapoor made a stunning red carpet entry at the IFFI 2017 in Goa, Alia Bhatt raised the bar a notch higher in the event’s final stages. While Alia’s beautiful IFFI 2017 outfit made our hearts skip a beat, her airport look turned quite a few heads as well.

Alia Bhatt left for Goa in a maroon ruffled sweatshirt and matching tights from Adidas and paired the outfit with white funky sneakers from Pull&Bear. But the highlight of Alia’s look was her purple over-sized shades that she rocked with utmost sass. Have a look:

Well, coming back to the multiple award winning actor’s IFFI 2017 avatar, Alia wore a gorgeous Marie gown in black from Needle & Thread. Named after the wife of Danish oil painter, PS Kroyer, the gown is from the brand’s Bridal Autumn/Winter 17 collection.

Made using a new embroidery technique to capture the grace and elegance of the antique frilled lace, the gown is covered with prismatic sequences to catch the light which makes it shine brighter.

And in case you are planning to buy a similar dress, then do not worry about it. When you can get the original one for just £950 (Rs 72,832), then why go for the dupe?

Not to forget, the way Alia Bhatt carried this gown is what makes it look more appealing and we would definitely love to see the actress in black more often.
