Singer Daler Mehndi recently tweeted a video of the cop

ASI Bhupinder Singh posted with the Chandigarh Traffic Police has been using music as a tool to make people follow traffic rules. He pens down his own lyrics and informs people on the merits of road safety. In the past, he has sung about noise pollution and about the new fines levied under the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Act, 2019.
