Fake Game of Thrones spoilers is legit the best Twitter trend right now

After repeated leaks of Game of Thrones season 7 and the inevitable resulting spoilers, fans are now flooding the internet with fake GoT spoilers and they are the bomb!

HBO has had a rather difficult time regarding security lately. Spoilers are hardly ever welcome and with so many leaks of Game of Thrones season 7, finding out what’s definitely going to happen is the last thing anybody needs. But spoilers are not always bad, like when they are fake… Twitterati have started a new trend of giving out fake Game of Thrones spoilers and it is exactly the damage repair we needed after all those awful leaks.

It is probably for the best anyway, as these fake spoilers will mask all the other real threats that are flying around since the leaks. After last year’s major leak where the entire season 7’s detailed plot surfaced online, hackers breached HBO and released episode scripts. Four Star India employees also leaked the full episode 4 “The Spoils of War” before HBO Spain accidentally aired “Death Is The Enemy” almost a week before its official release date on Monday.
