We Love How The New Zealand Team Broke Into Dressing Room Bhangra After Beating Pakistan

Rubbing salts on Pakistan players' wounds!

How do you celebrate when you have snatched a win out of jaws of defeat?

You break into bhangra, of course.

Indian origin players from New Zealand ,Ish Sodhi and Jeet Rava danced  to the tunes of ‘Mundiya To Bach Ke’  as teammates laughed and made videos after defeating Pakistan in the first Test of the three-Test series.

Pakistan were left embarrassed by their lack of patience as New Zealand beat them by four runs.  The excitement levels of the Kiwi players were on cloud nine as they played a part in one of the most exciting close finishes in Test cricket.

A bit of spice added to the victory in Abu Dhabi

One thing is clear, Test cricket has not lost it’s charm. Cricket is not all about fours and sixes. It is about staying at the crease, playing with the mind of bowler (vice versa) and waiting for the opportune moment to strike. That was the only difference between the two teams in the first Test.

New Zealand were able to hold their nerves till the end. Whereas Pakistan made silly mistakes and lost the plot on the doorstep of victory.

The low-scoring affair amounted to a lot of nail-biting and anxiousness in anticipation of what will happen in the end. It turned out to be the fifth lowest margin of win in Test cricket history.

The Test also marked the beginning of debutant Ajaz Patel who got a five-wicket haul in second innings and turned the match on his head.
