Jonty Rhodes replies to Vinay Kumar after watching his SUPERMAN act in Syed Mushtaq Ali T20

Vinay Kumar's act reminded everyone of Jonty Rhodes and his flying run out in World Cup 1992 against Pakistan to dismiss Inzamam-ul-Haq

Indian pacer Vinay Kumar is currently leading the Karnataka side in the ongoing Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and recently grabbed the limelight during the last match against Punjab. Though Vinay and his team lost the game in the super over, his efforts to run Gurkeerat Singh out were simply phenomenal. His act reminded everyone of Jonty Rhodes and his flying act in World Cup 1992 against Pakistan.

In the 13th over of Punjab innings, Gurkeerat Singh played the ball towards the mid-on and hesitated before taking a single. Meanwhile, his partner crossed the half crease which forced Gurkeerat to run towards the other end. The throw from the mid-on region missed the wickets. Vinay, who was fielding at the mid-off, rushed with the ball and took a dive to dislodge the bails.
