Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) get ready to lock horns with Delhi Daredevils (DD) in Match 13 of Indian Premier League 2018 at Eden Gardens. It is a big game for Gautam Gambhir as it is his homecoming to Eden Gardens for the first time as the new skipper of Delhi Daredevils. Hence, it will be interesting to see how the crowd reacts when Gambhir takes to the field. For KKR, it is time they return to their winning ways after having lost their last two encounters. In all probability, we might see KKR revert to their old opening combination from the first two matches — it should be Sunil Narine and Chris Lynn, followed by Robin Uthappa.

On the other hand, for Daredevils, it would be about winning two on the trot. They beat Mumbai Indians (MI) to open their account in their last encounter. For DD, they would want to build on the new-found momentum. They will open with Jason Roy and Gautam Gambhir. This happens to be Gambhir’s 50th IPL match at Eden Gardens.

InUth Fan Poll: According to the poll, it seems KKR hold the edge against Delhi Daredevils. But it is cricket and T20s, so nothing is guaranteed. It is 58-42 in favour of KKR.
