IPL 2018: Chrisenpreet Gayle Joins KXIP, Calls Himself And Andrew Tye ‘Two Kings’

‘Universal Boss’ Chris Gayle finally touched down in India amidst huge fan-frenzy. The maverick cricketer who has entertained Indian fans since the inception of IPL is back and that is the big news for Gayle fans. Gayle is associated with hitting massive sixes and that makes him a big crowd-puller. He also has the highest individual score at IPL to his name — 175 against Pune Warriors India in 2013.

Meanwhile, Chris Gayle has just arrived in India and he has brought another ‘King’ along with him. Andrew Tye, another first-time King, was seen along with Gayle in the picture which the latter posted on his Twitter handle.

During the IPL Auction 2018, Chris Gayle was not picked by any team after the first two rounds of auctioning. That made Gayle’s fans disappointed, as they started harbouring the thought of an IPL sans Gayle. Fortunately, that’s not the case as Preity Zinta, the co-owner Kings XI Punjab, showed interest and got him onboard.

Earlier, we also saw Chris Gayle attempt ‘Bhangra’, which is a Punjabi form of dance, it seems like Imran Tahir is taking Tamil coaching classes to get well-versed with the language in order to improve communication within the team. Gayle is putting in all the hard work to fit in the mix.
