Ever seen a fleet of Bollywood stars strutting their stuff on red carpets? Visualize this: Red gowns, black stilettos, clean lines, slick hair, emerald greens and ruby reds everywhere. In short: they’re dressed according to the norms of what’s chic and what’s not chic. Boooooooring.

We’re done with the Manish Malhotra lehengas, Jimmy choo shoes and Givenchy dresses. No seriously, they’re done to death now. They make us yawn and honestly we could do with a little more pizzazz. Give us uneven hemlines, outrageous colors and bizarre hairstyles!

We checked out some of the most bizarre dresses ever worn by Hollywood actresses and singers and decided we want our favorite desi girls to wear them. Of course, we couldn’t get them to wear it in real life (how cool would that be though?), so we stuck to experimenting with photoshop.
