Justin Trudeau celebrates Diwali in Canada and all we can focus on is his Sherwani!

While we are huge supporters of everything this man stands for, we couldn't take our eyes off of his oh-so-gorgeous sherwani.

The 23rd Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, has always been very welcoming of all cultures, religions, and people. Over the years, he has made it a point to celebrate all the different festivals & make his country as diverse as possible. When he posted a picture on his Twitter account of him lighting a lamp to begin the Diwali celebrations, everyone instantly fell in love with this man and his efforts to make everyone feel like a part of the community.

While we are a huge supporter of everything this man stands for, we couldn’t take our eyes off of his oh-so-gorgeous sherwani. While Trudeau looked like a vision in Indian wear, his Sherwani stole the spotlight! The black number with intricate golden design looked amazing on Justin who looked like a true blue desi boy in his sherwani.

And along with his picture, Justin wrote “Diwali Mubarak! We’re celebrating in Ottawa tonight. #HappyDiwali!”
