Tragic! Vadodara groom dies while dancing during his wedding ceremony

The Vadodara Police are waiting for the post-mortem report to come to ascertain the exact reason behind the groom's death.

In a tragic incident, a groom died while dancing during his marriage ceremony. The shocking incident happened in Ranoli village of Vadodara district. According to media reports, the groom had consumed alcohol before he started dancing at his wedding ceremony.

Media reports suggest that the reason behind the groom’s death was the intake of local liquor. In the video, it could be seen that the groom was sitting on someone’s shoulder from the jubilant crowd who were celebrating his marriage. Chewing on to something, the man too was enjoying the show and dancing along with them. Suddenly, his neck dropped and he passed away.

It happened too soon for others to understand what really had happened with the deceased man. People started gathering around his body to see what exactly had transpired with the man. Carefully, they rendered support to his unconscious body and brought him down slowly. To their horror, the groom wasn’t breathing and was declared dead soon thereafter.

The incident has left everybody shocked and according to reports, the Vadodara Police are waiting for the post-mortem report to come to ascertain the exact reason behind the groom’s death.

Earlier in February this year, a 28-year-old man from Bengaluru had died in a marriage hall minutes before he was to tie the knot. The deceased was identified as Vasanth Kumar, who reportedly died due to cardiac arrest, police had said.

A resident of Gowribidanur, Kumar was to marry a girl from Madhugiri at the Gaviranga hall. He was getting ready for the wedding rituals when he collapsed on the stage around 7.30 am.
