No need to give any proof of surgical strikes, says Manohar Parrikar

Parrikar said there were many people who were not loyal to the country and criticising the Indian Army.

Union defence minister Manohar Parrikar on Thursday said there was no need for the government to furnish any proof of the surgical strike conducted by the Indian army along the LoC.

“There are many people who are not loyal to our country and criticised Indian army, but we don’t have to give them any proof,” Parrikar said while addressing BJP workers in Agra.

“We carried out a 100% perfect surgical strike, our nation carries the heart and courage to carry this task out,” he added.

“Some ex-servicemen wrote to me and said that they are ready to fight on the border if need arises.I salute them,” the minister said.
