Mann ki Baat Highlights: ‘Suppression of depression is not good, share your feelings,’ says PM Modi

PM Narendra Modi is all set to address the nation in his 30th edition of Mann ki Baat. This is the first broadcast after the recently concluded elections

After registering a clear mandate in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is hosted the 30th edition of the radio broadcast of “Mann Ki Baat” on March 26.The Prime Minister touched upon a number of issues including depression, mental illness and the problem of food wastage.

Speaking in length about depression, PM Modi urged people to share their feelings and suggested ways to deal with the problem. In his last address, the Prime Minister kept his speech short and congratulated the ISRO for receiving a world record in the space arena. Furthermore, he also highlighted that India has successfully tested Ballistic Interceptor Missile.

The Prime Minister also congratulated the women players who won silver at Asian Rugby Sevens Trophy and Indian team for winning Blind T-20 World Cup.
