SSC CHSL Tier 1 2017 exam results announced. Here is how you can check your score on ssc.nic.in

The SSC CHSL Tier 1 2017 exam results can be checked on the official website: ssc.nic.in. 53,201 candidates out of those who appeared have qualified for the Tier II descriptive paper

The results of the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Tier I 2017 were declared on Thursday by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC). 53,201 candidates of out those who appeared have qualified for the Tier II descriptive paper. The results can be checked on the official website: ssc.nic.in.

It was earlier expected that the results of the Tier I will be announced on 15 June, later the probable date for the results was advanced to 2 June. The SSC though declared the result on June 1. Due to increased web traffic, there are chances that the candidates are unable to access the website. The official portal should be visited at regular intervals in such a scenario.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) held the exam for several posts of Postal Assistants/Sorting Assistants, Data Entry Operators, Lower Divisional Clerks and Court Clerk. The exams were held from January 7, 2017 to February 8, 2017 at various exam centres across India.

Here are the step by step instructions on how you can check the result:

– Log on to the official website: ssc.nic.in.
– Click on the Results tab towards the right hand top.
– Go to the ‘CHSL’ tab and select the link which says ‘click here’ under the ‘Combined Higher Secondary(10+2) Examination 2016’.
– Candidates can download their rank list from the same and take a print out for future references

Nearly 30,57,990 candidates had appeared for the SSC CHSL Tier I Examination 2017. The cancdidates can check their category-wise results and cut off on the official website. Those who have cleared the exam will have to appear for the Tier II, the descriptive paper.
