The Central Board of Secondary Education has announced the CBSE Class 10 board exam result for 2017. The board has released the results on their official website. The results have been declared for the candidates who appeared in Allahabad, Chennai, Delhi, Dehradun and Trivandrum region. The declaration of the results come amid uncertainty over the results date due to the Delhi High Court’s order on the moderation policy. Results of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh and J-K is expected to be out by 3pm. While Chandigarh secured a pass percentage of 94.34, Patna inched a little above with 95.95 %. While Guwahati performed poorly with 65.53 pass percentage. Madras is just behind Trivandrum with a pass percentage of 99.62 per cent. For Bhubaneshwar in Odisha, the pass percentage stands at 92.15 where more than 72,000 candidates appeared and 67,200 students passed.

Here are the steps you need to follow to check your results online:

-Log in the official website  www.cbse.nic.in or cbse.examresults.net

-Click on the check results tab

-You will be directed to another page

-Fill in your enrollment number, date of birth other necessary information in the required field

-Click submit

-Your result will be displayed on your screen

-You can also download your results and take a printout for future reference.

You can also check your scores via Microsoft’s Bing search engine.

To check your results on Bing

1. Log on to bing.com

2. Type CBSE/CBSE results on the search bar on the homepage

2. Then, type CBSE or CBSE results on the search bar on the home page. Among the options that appear, you can check cbse.nic.in or cbseresults.nic.in.

3.Key in your roll number and other required details in the boxes on the results page

4. Press ‘Submit’ and get your results

The results will also be made available on third party web portals including indiaresults.comwww.results.nic.in. Also, it must be noted that the students may have face difficulties in viewing the results immediately because of the busy server. You also have the option of receiving your result on your phone.

To receive your results via SMS, here’s what you need to do.

Type “CBSE 10 [roll no]” and send it to these service providers

The CBSE class 12 results 2017 were declared on the official website on Sunday, May 28 at 10:20 am. As many as 8,86,506 candidates registered for Class 10 exams that were held across 16,363 centers in India.  CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 board exams were delayed due to assembly polls being conducted in five states Punjab, Goa, Manipur, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.
