BJP minister uses umbrella to water plants in rain, Twitter cannot stop laughing

These days photo of a minister in the Jharkhand government is doing the rounds on the social media. The photo was shared by CP Singh, the minister of  transport in the Jharkhand government and also an MLA from Ranchi. In one of the photos which shared by him, he can be seen giving water to plants. What’s amusing is that he is seen watering plants while it was raining heavily and the CRPF jawans can be seen trying to cover the minister with the umbrellas.

The plantation program was organised by the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) to celebrate the 78th anniversary of the force. Singh who was the chief guest also participated in the plantation program.  He later uploaded various photo of the program on his Facebook page.

What left everyone wondering is that if it was already raining, then why was the minister giving water to the plants. Many social media users were couldn’t stop laughing while sharing the photo of the minister.

For past few days it has been raining heavily in Jharkhand. Two persons lost their lives when a tree fell on them when they travelling in an autorickshaw. Schools were ordered closed for July 26 in Ranchi.

According to meteorological department, Jharkhand has received five per cent above normal rain this year in the monsoon season.
