Here is an update about Kapil Sharma’s show going off air

The TRPs of the show was affected badly after Sunil Grover, Ali Asgar and Chandan Prabhakar walked out from the show following an ugly mid-air spat

The Kapil Sharma Show fans now can relax and continue enjoying the show as it is not going off air anytime in the near future. The contract of TKSS was renewed by the Sony Entertainment Television on Monday, August 7. Announcing the good news, comedian Kapil Sharma said, “I am grateful to Sony Entertainment Channel for believing in me and our show and supporting us in creating and bringing unlimited entertainment to every household every weekend.”

Kapil further added, “I am deeply touched by the warmth and love the audience has showered on us over the years. It’s their belief and undying devotion that encourages us to continue to reinvent ourselves and bring smiles to every household week on week.”

The Executive Vice President and Head of Sony Entertainment Television, Danish Khan, said, “The Kapil Sharma Show bring smiles to millions of viewers every weekend nights across the globe. Kapil is an extraordinary talent and we are delighted to have further cemented our relationship with the extension of this contract. We are confident that the show and its talented cast will continue to enthral the audiences across the globe.”

The Kapil Sharma Show suffered a major set back after Sunil Grover, Ali Asgar and Chandan Prabhakar walked out from the show following an ugly mid-flight spat. The TRP of the show got badly affected badly, which sparked rumours that the show might go off air.

Meanwhile, Kapil’s girlfriend Ginni Chattrath too has been missing Sunil Grover on the show. Ginni took to micro-blogging site Twitter and posted a series of emotional tweets, wanting Sunil aka Dr Mashoor Gulati to return to TKSS.
