Reports have been doing the rounds that Akshara Haasan, younger daughter of Kamal Haasan, has changed her religion and converted to Buddhism. Responding to these rumours, Haasan took to Twitter and posted a sweet message for Akshara’s.
The conversation looks to be on a lighter note, fans of the Haasan family seem to have taken it very seriously and messages regarding Akshara and Kamal are being posted frequently.
The 62-year-old actor wrote:

There were many rumours which said that the young actress has converted to Buddhism owing to her beliefs in the principles of the religion. She was last seen in Bollywood flick Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laddoo Deewana.
On the professional front, Kamal is currently busy shooting for the reality show Tamil Bigg Boss while Akshara will be next seen in Vivegam which will mark her debut in Tamil cinema.
