Dangal Box Office collection: Rs 400 crore-mark is not far for Aamir Khan film

After crossing the Rs 375 crore mark in week 5 of its release, Aamir Khan’s Dangal is strongly heading toward the 400-crore mark. The movie is in competition with itself and is reaching new heights with every passing day. Not only domestically, but Dangal is also ruling the international market like a boss.

In week 5 itself, the movie did a business of Rs 1.19 crore on Friday and Rs 2.10 crore on Saturday, making a total of Rs 378.24 crore so far. With its continuous strong hold at the box office, Dangal has emerged as a clear winner and no movie can break its record.

The movie has minted a total of Rs 198.73 crore overseas and is all set to cross Rs 200 crore mark soon. Dangal is also the highest grossing Hindi film ever and with every new record, the movie is showing no signs of slowing down.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, Dangal marks Aamir’s return to the silver screen after a gap of two years. The film is a biopic of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat, who trains his daughters Geeta Phogat and Babita Kumari. Besides Khan, the film features Sakshi Tanwar, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra.
