Watch: This behind-the-scenes video of Raees will make you fall for Shah Rukh Khan even more

The makers of Raees have released a behind-the-scenes video which depicts the hard work behind the blockbuster flick

Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Raees has become the first blockbuster of the year, raking in more than Rs 300 crore worldwide. Playing a bootlegger-turned-don in the gangster drama, SRK won accolades for his performance.

But are you aware of the hard work which went into making the character of Raees which has left us swooning? The makers of the film have uploaded a behind-the-scenes video and it is amazing. The 3-minute long video shows Shah Rukh posing in front of the shutterbug as Raees. The video which has raked in more than 1 lakh views within hours of its uploading, shows the hard work behind the memorable scenes from the Rahul Dholakia directorial venture.

Besides this, the video has Mohammad Zeeshan Ayyub and Nawazuddin Siddiqui talking about the film and their co-star Shah Rukh. Ayyub plays Raees’ friend and close aide Sadiq in the film which hit the theatres on 25 January. On the other hand, Nawazuddin Siddiqui plays tough cop Jaideep Majmudar who won’t let Raees breathe easy.

And wait, Raees ladylove Asiya aka Mahira too features in the video, wherein she talks about her role and chemistry with the superstar.

This video comes days after the makers released the behind-the-scenes video of Laila song featuring Sunny Leone. It had become crazily viral, raking in more than 5 lakh views.

Raees stars Shah Rukh Khan, Mahira Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mohammad Zeeshan Ayyub in leading roles. The film clashed with Hrithik Roshan-starrer Kaabil which has also done well at the box office. Before its release, Raees had faced a lot of troubles. Mushtaq Shaikh, son of yesteryear Gujarat don Abdul Latif, had alleged that the film was loosely based on his late father’s life and showed him in a bad light. He had threatened to sue the makers for defamation to the tune of Rs 100 crore .
