Salman Khan’s Race 3 to be a 3D action film and more interesting details revealed

Salman Khan will be next seen in Remo D' Souza directorial Race 3, a third instalment of the popular thriller franchise

Salman Khan is currently shooting for Tiger Zinda Hai that is slated to release on December 22. After the final schedule of the spy-thriller is complete, he will begin shooting for Race 3. The buzz doing rounds is that the film is being directed by Remo D’ Souza and will be shot in a 3D format.

The makers hope that the high octane action and car chase sequences will make Race 3 a highly watchable film. According to a leading website, Salman loved the script and asked Remo to come on board as the director. It should be mentioned that the 51-year-old actor is also working with the latter in Go Daddy – a dance musical film. But the flick has been postponed and Salman will begin to shoot for Race 3 in the allotted dates. Besides this, there are plans to rope in Jacqueline Fernandez, who is the female lead in Go Daddy, for Race 3 as well. It should be noted that the Kick actress had been a part of Race 2 and shared the screen space with Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, John Abraham and Ameesha Patel.

As of now, Go Daddy has been put on hold. The film would feature Salman Khan playing a man who takes up dancing because of his daughter’s aspiration to become a professional dancer. After Race 3, Salman Khan is expected to shoot for Alvira Khan and Atul Agnihotri’s Bharat and then will reprise his role of Chulbul Pandey in Arbaaz Khan’s Dabangg 3.

Currently, Salman is shooting for Tiger Zinda Hai, wherein he reprises the role of RAW agent Avinash Singh Rathore. The film directed Abbas Ali Zafar, also features Katrina Kaif, Girish Karnad and Paresh Rawal in pivotal roles. The actor was last seen in Tubelight, a Kabir Khan directorial that failed to perform as per expectations at the Box Office.
