Saif Ali Khan has got a new tattoo but not for the family

Saif Ali Khan has some of the most anticipated films in his kitty like Chef and Bazaar. The actor who was last seen in Rangoon always manages to make the headlines with whatever he does. And this time he is in news for his new tattoo. Yes! Saif has got a new tattoo but it is not connected to his begum Kareena Kapoor Khan or any of his kids including the little one Taimur Ali Khab. Saif has got himself inked for the second time for his upcoming film Bazaar.

Saif, who has Kareena’s name inked on his left hand got his right wrist tattooed with the name Shakun for Bazaar. In the film, Saif plays Shakun Kothari, a stock marketeer. His character has grey hair and seems quite experienced with the functioning of stock markets.

According to the reports by a leading daily, Saif revealed his characters’ name in the movie. Explaining the story behind tattoo Saif said, “When the producer of the film Nikhil Advani told me I have to get my character’s name tattooed, I asked him the reason. Nikhil told me, in small towns, parents get their children’s name inked on their wrists because if they get lost in a mela or elsewhere, people can trace them with the help of the tattoo.”

Apart from Saif, the movie serves as the debut of star-kid Rohan Mehra. Rohan is the son of late actor Vinod Mehra.

The movie is set against the backdrop of the heady cocktail of city life in Mumbai and it’s extremely seductive and dangerous world of stock trading. Saif Ali Khan’s role has been inspired by the folklore surrounding the markets.

Bazaar is produced by Kyta Productions and Emmay Entertainment and this is their maiden production. The movie is helmed by Gauravv K Chawla.

Apart from Bazaar, Saif will be seen in Chef essaying the main lead in the Hindi adaptation of Jon Favreau’s Hollywood movie Chef with the same name.
