According to the reports published by a leading daily, reacting on the matter the editor of the channel said “A reporter asking questions doesn’t amount to harassing. If Nihalani thinks by filing a complaint against the reporter he can intimidate her or the channel, he is mistaken. Using such tactics is laughable. We will be putting out the whole video shortly. It was Nihalani who went on the offensive. He intimidated the 23-year-old reporter and not the other way round. He grabbed her by the arm, waved his fingers at her and misbehaved.”

Earlier, in an open challenge to the people, Nihalani had demanded one lakh votes to clear the promos of Imtiaz Ali’s Jab Harry Met Sejal, which he objected because of the word ‘intercourse’ used in a mini trail. To which 1 lakh voter have obliged to the CBFC Chief’s demand to clear word ‘intercourse’ from the mini-trial of JHMS.
