Jagga Jasoos Box Office Collection Day 4: Ranbir Kapoor starrer film loses steam

Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif starrer Jagga Jasoos has earned in lowest figures on the fourth day since the film has hit the silver screens

Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif starrer Jagga Jasoos has nosedived at the Box Office on the fourth day of its release. After enjoying a successful run in the first three days, the film earned the lowest numbers on July 17. The Anurag Basu directorial did a business of Rs 4.05 crores on day 4, which is the lowest till now.

On the day of its theatrical release, Jagga Jasoos earned Rs 8.57 crore followed by Rs 11.53 crore on Day 2 and Rs 13.07 crore on Day 3. Now, the total collection stands at Rs 37.22 crore. The detective comedy has earned a positive response from the audience. However, it will be interesting to see its performance when Tiger Shroff and Nawazuddin Siddiqui starrer Munna Michael and multi-starrer Lipstick Under My Burkha hits the silver screen.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and shared the figures of Jagga Jasoos. He wrote:

Essaying the role of Shruti (Katrina) and Jagga (Ranbir), Jagga Jasoos is a musical adventurous romantic comedy film. It narrates the story of a teenage detective boy, who is in search of his missing father played by Sasawat Chatterjee, a Bengali actor. The story is an emotional journey of a father-son relationship. Recently, Ranbir had hinted that he along with Anurag Basu would consider a sequel if the film performed well at the Box Office. He even agreed to compensate the distributors if Jagga Jasoos failed to impress cinegoers.

Ranbir will be next seen essaying the role of Sanjay Dutt in the veteran actor’s biopic that releases on Eid next year. On the other hand, Katrina Kaif reprises her role of ISI agent Zoya in Tiger Zinda Hai.
