Want To Break Up With Your Xbox? Lookie Here, A New Player In Town!

With smartphones, the era of Xbox is gone and Razer knows that!

Okay, how much do you care about your Xbox? Do you even care if it’s buried in heaps and heaps of dust or stored in some out-of-reach corner of your shaft? Bechara Xbox…you welcomed it home like Jaya Bachchan did Shah Rukh Khan in K3G but then sent it away, never to see its face. Also, just like in K3G.

Tch Tch. At least sell it on OLX if you’re not gonna play?

If you do and can’t stand to see it, you don’t really have to. With phones, the era of Xbox is gone. And Razer knows it, that’s why it just launched the latest flagship gaming phone called the Razer Phone 2. Even though the company calls it the complete media phone, it’s primarily targeted for gamers.

The phone is sleek and looks like a rectangular slab but OMG…that illuminated RGB logo at the back! The highlight feature of the phone is the 5.72-inch LCD display which comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and a wide color gamut. It’s equipped with 2 rear cameras which are 12-megapixel each and an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

The Razer Phone 2 is powered by the Snapdragon 845 processor and houses 8GB of RAM. It also features Vapor Chamber cooling, 64GB of storage with a support for a microSD storage expansion. The phone also supports wireless charging with a 4,000mAh battery and is water & dust resistant.

Most importantly, the phone does not have a notch (AND WE CANT THANK RAZER ENOUGH TBH). It still has the loud speakers as the previous iteration and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box. There’s no headphone jack though. But well, who plays games with headphones, right?

So please, let your Xbox RIP and move on!

The Razer Phone 2 starts at $799 in the US.
