Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in Russia and photos of him walking hand-in-hand with Russian President Vladimir Putin have gone viral. After PM Modi posted a photograph on his Twitter account of the two of them taking a stroll at a park in St Petersburg, it wasn’t long before some on Twitter could not handle ‘the bromance’. Twitter only needs a bit of fodder to churn out jokes the ‘fraanship series’ soon began.
Handshakes, hand-holding et al seem to be creating a lot of news these days *cough*Trump*cough. Not to forget, there was the awkward hand-shake with German Chancellor Angela Merkel that made headlines just a while ago. Twitter’s obviously got more than enough fodder.
