Australia’s legendary spinner Shane Warne was in a state of ‘shock’ to read the news of the allegations made by pornstar Valerie Fox. Fox took to Twitter and shared a photo of her bruised eye claiming that Warner had punched her in a London nightclub on September 23. Warne was later cleared of all the charges by the London police after being questioned. The 48-year-old will not face any further actions regarding the alleged assault in an upmarket nightclub Loulou’s in Mayfair.
Warne’s say on the matter-
“I was shocked to read the media stories circulating earlier today concerning a false allegation of assault. I have fully co-operated with the police, and they have now had the opportunity of seeing CCTV and speaking to witnesses. The police have confirmed to me that I have been cleared of the allegation and that no further action will be taken. This is now the end of the matter. Thanks for all the kind messages of support.’
According to the CCTV footage, there was a clear argument between the two after which she fell to the floor holding her face. According to the witnesses’ statements to journalists, there was a heated argument between the two, however, it was not clear if Shaun had actually punched her in the face. Fox even shared the photo of Metropolitan Police incident card as well on her Twitter account.

Warne has maintained an image of being the ‘Playboy’ of cricket. He has been known to have affairs with numerous models. The Australian star even had a match on Tinder while he was commentating during a Test match in South Australia. The legend was also engaged to English actress Elizabeth Hurley and they both broke their relationship off after 3 years.
On the other hand, this is not the first time Fox has been involved in a controversy. She also got involved in a scandal with English politician Nigel Farage in the year 2017. The 30-year-old got much support on Twitter from her fans in the span of two days after she filed a complaint against Warne.
