We have often seen many Bollywood filmstars appearing on the pre and post talk show of the Indian Premier League (IPL), which is known as Extra Innings T20, mainly hosted anchors like Gaurav Kapoor, Sameer Kochar and Archna Vijaya among others. This time something strange has happened during the show. Two well-known WWE superstars , the Big E and Kofi Kingston, surprised everyone with their appearance on the pre-match show Extraaa Innings T20 ahead of IPL match number 50 between Delhi Daredevils and Gujarat Lions at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur on May 10.
While sharing excitement for his appearance on the show, Big E said: “We are really excited to be part of such a huge phenomenon like the IPL. Cricket is a very big deal in this country and we are very happy to be part of that fanfare.”
Meanwhile, Gujarat Lions, after being asked to bat first by Delhi Daredevils skipper Zaheer Khan, post a mammoth 195/5 in their quota of 20 overs. For Gujarat, Australia’s explosive batsman Aaron Finch scored a 39-ball 69. During his stay he smashed six fours and four sixes. He alongwith Dinesh Karthik put up 92-run partnership for the fourth wicket. Dinesh Karthik played vital knock of 40. laced with four fours and one six.
In reply, Delhi is struggling in chasing down the target set by Gujarat. After 15.2 overs Delhi were 146/6.
