IPL 2017 KXIP v DD: Twitterati compare Delhi with Bangalore after they recorded their lowest score!

KXIP bundled the Delhi guests for a total of 67 runs which now have become their lowest team score

After Royal Challengers Bangalore setting the lowest team total in the Indian Premier League (IPL), the entire nation witnessed Delhi Daredevil’s (DD) downfall this weekend. In the game number 26 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 10, Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) bundled the Delhi guests for a total of 67 runs which now have become their lowest team score.

Zaheer Khan’s absence turned out to the biggest nightmare for his team when under the leadership of Karun Nair failed to withstand Punjab bowling stand and score enough to put the opponents under pressure. After losing the toss, DD have to bat first and they lost plot right from the first over with the loss of Sam Billings.

Right after that moment, the Delhi batting line-up started collapsing one after another. 5, 0, 11, 6, 3, 18, 2, 11, 4, 2, 0, 5 — this is how the score card looked like after the first inning was over. Delhi couldn’t even play all the 20 overs while this total has been now recorded in the IPL history books under the lowest team total category.

Well, it was a Sunday and numerous cricket fans witnessed this batting line-up collapsed while the Twitterati expressed themselves endlessly to describe the encounter between KXIP and DD.

#KXIPvDD @DelhiDaredevils you are a immature batting line up and no surprise you are behaving like one. Get some experience and solidity.
