German tennis star Boris Becker is auctioning his trophies and personal souvenirs to cover debts. Becker, who was the youngest Wimbledon winner at 17, is auctioning off 82 items including medals, cups, watches and photographs. The sales will not be enough to cover his debts which runs into millions of pounds

In 2017, the 51-year-old was declared bankrupt after he failed to pay a debt of £3.3m, to private banking firm Arbuthnot Latham. In 2002, he was found guilty of tax evasion and awarded a two-year suspended prison sentence and a fine of £315,000. The six-times Grand Slam winner is also facing legal troube in Spain over unpaid debts for work carried out at his villa in Mallorca
