When Virender Sehwag’s finger did the talking!

In the picture, Virender Sehwag is seen wearing the predictor's hat and behaving like an umpire, raising his finger.

It surely was heartbreaking to see India tamed in such a shabby manner by the Australians at Pune. This has to be one of India’s worst slumps. Probably, the busiest person on the field was the umpire. He could not take his eyes from the ball and the game at any point of time. Every ball seemed to be asking questions. The pitch behaved like a spitting cobra at times. The spinners were licking their fingers all the time with the ball in their hand. Nathan Lyon and Stephen O’Keefe seemed to be living a childhood dream, taming big names of cricket. There were so many close shaves, appeals that the umpire’s in the middle could not take a breather, knowing very well, something may happen the next moment.

A keen observer of the game a batting marauder in his times and one of the best Test openers of all times, Virender Sehwag spotted something and instantly took to Twitter to regale us with it. In a tongue-in cheek comment directed towards the umpire he wrote, “During Indian batting umpire had to do only this , #UngliAasan . Series abhi baaki hai, mere Dost !

This means that India will come raring back soon. The picture is not over yet, there is a long way to go. Yes, three more Tests to go. In the picture, Virender Sehwag is seen wearing the predictor’s hat and behaving like an umpire, raising his finger. That was the order of the day when Indians were batting. He calls it the ‘ungliaasan’ which is his version of a yoga exercise.
