On March 10 he posted a selfie with coffee mug along with caption ”Detox at home. Love it”.

Though, Kohli has been following a strict diet since 2015 with exception of a few cheat meal spree. Well, the last time he posted a photo with a diet which was nowhere close to his usual was in 2016 when he was rested for India’s tour of Zimbabwe where MS Dhoni led India to an ODI series win and a loss in T20 series.

Micael Swamy is a renowned chef who is a two-time Gourmand Award Winner. Swamy has been a food critic and a writer as well. He has four famous cookbooks under his name— The East Indian Kitchen, Easy guide to pair Indian food with wine, Comfort food and Masala Dabba.
