06:00 IST Jason Sangha wins the toss and elects to bat first.

Unbeaten India U-19 team led by Prithvi Shaw, would be hoping to continue their dominance. They will take on U-19 Australian team in the finals of the U-19 Cricket World Cup at the Bay Oval in Tauranga on February 3. It will be a day-night encounter.

India previously won the Cup in 2000, 2008 (under Virat Kohli, now the captain of the senior team) and in 2012.

Team India have been unbeaten so far, winning all of their matches in the ongoing tournament. They thrashed teams like Pakistan, Australia, Zimbabwe, Bangladesh and Papua New Guinea before fixing their berth in the finals.

Australian colts on the other hand, lost 1 and won 2, before they made their entry into the finals. They lost to India in their opening encounter of the ICC U-19 WC tournament.
