Sourav Ganguly apologises to Harbhajan Singh for calling his daughter a boy!

The incident came into limelight after Harbhajan Singh posted a picture on his Twitter handle

Former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly on November 20 apologised to ‘Turbanator’ Harbhajan Singh for mistaking his daughter, Hinaya for a boy. This happened when Sourav took to Twitter to comment on Harbhajan Singh’s picture from his Golden Temple visit. In the picture Harbhajan Singh, his wife Geeta Basra and daughter Hinaya Heer Plaha can be seen standing in front of the Golden Temple.

Harbhajan captioned the image as: “Satnam Shri waheguru ji…sab nu khush te tandrust rakhna malka…”

The picture immediately got Ganguly’s attention and he was quick to give his wishes to Harbhajan’s family. Ganguly replied on Harbhajan’s picture and wrote: “Beta bahut sundar hai bhajj(i)..bahut pyar dena. (Your son is very beautiful Bhajji, give him lots of love).”
