One of the most decorated captains of Indian cricket Mahendra Singh Dhoni has completed 7 years with his beloved wife Sakshi. Today, the couple complete seven years of togetherness. He married in the year 2010, to a Calcuatta-based Sakshi. She was then an intern with Taj Bengal hotel and that is where the two met. In fact, MS Dhoni’s biopic reveals all of that. A movie that garnered in excess of Rs 150 cr at the box-office.
It was after the two tied the knot that India lifted the Cricket World Cup in 2011. So that was a big achievement as India lifted the crown after 28 long years. During this period the two welcomed thier little baby girl Ziva, who has since brought a lot of happiness for the couple. Ziva and Sakshi are often spotted at cricket matches as Sakshi travels with MS Dhoni.
The couple are spending their seventh wedding anniversary in the exotic Caribbean islands as team India is playing West Indies in a short tour. In this tour Dhoni has shown good form when he got a run-a-ball 78.
