Manchester blast, cricketers tweets: Twitter was filled with condolence messages for the affected families. A lot of teams are already in England at the moment

The Manchester blast near the iconic Manchester arena when popstar Ariana Grande was performing at a concert, claimed the lives of 22 innocent people and that has left the world in a shock. In a few days from now, the cricketing nations of the world will be descending in England and Wales for the all-awaited ICC Champions Trophy. BCCI called for an emergency meet to discuss the itinerary, even ICC did the same understanding the seriousness of the matter, the revenue and safety of players. Earlier, the blast happened while twenty thousand people were watching Ariana perform, live in concert. The extent of the loss could have been bigger that is what the cops have said. Manchester Police is calling the entire episode a terror attack, executed by a suicide bomber. They are investigating for further inroads into the entire saga.

Many cricketers shared their thoughts and wishes with the families of the victims. Twitter was filled with condolence messages for the affected families. A lot of teams are already in England at the moment. They are preparing for the Champions Trophy 2017. This incident has been a shock to International Cricket Council (ICC) as well.
