Mitchell McClenaghan Returns To Mumbai Indians, Set To Replace Injured Jason Behrendorff

He scalped 19 wickets in 14 matches last year

It would be ‘ghar-wapsi’ of sorts for Mitchell McClenaghan who is set to replace an injured Jason Behrendorff in Mumbai Indians outfit for the upcoming Indian Premier League 11. With this, McClenaghan would have a fourth consecutive stint for the Mumbai Indians franchise. The Kiwi seamer will return to MI after the IPL Technical Committee approved him as a replacement for the Australian. He was therefore picked from a pool of registered players who are ready to play.

Behrendorff has been ruled out owing to a back injury.
