IPL 2018, CSK vs KKR: Ravindra Jadeja did not lash out at protesters for causing disturbance and throwing a shoe during the match

Ravindra Jadeja finished the match with a six on the penultimate delivery of the match between Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). Due to the Cauvery row, few protesters entered the MA Chidambaram Stadium and hurled shoes at Faf du Plessis and Jadeja. A video of Du Plessis-Jadeja kicking the shoe out of the playing area went viral.

CSK returned to their home after facing a ban of two years. The two-time Indian Premier League (IPL) champions did not get the expected welcome on the return to their home stadium in Match 5 of IPL 2018.

Here’s what Jadeja tweeted despite the misbehaviour from spectators —
