Indian Premier League 2018 is all set to kick-start with a gala opening ceremony. The IPL 2018 opening ceremony will be held at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on April 7. Several Bollywood stars will grace the occasion with their presence. This is the 11th edition of India’s own T20 league.

After Bollywood heartthrob Ranveer Singh opted out from the IPL 2018 opening ceremony due to injury, some changes were made to the list of celebrities performing at the mega event. Here is the complete list of Bollywood celebrities who will grace the ceremony.

Hrithik Roshan – Known for his powerful performances in films like Jodha Akbar, Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai among others will be seen showcasing some dance moves during the IPL 2018 opening ceremony.

Varun Dhawan – Judwaa 2 actor Varun Dhawan is another star performer at the IPL 2018 opening ceremony.

Jacqueline Fernandez – Varun Dhawan’s Judwaa 2 co-star will also grace the gala affair with her dance performance on some foot-tapping number.

Tamannaah Bhatia- Baahubali fame actress will also feature in the opening ceremony.

Parineeti Chopra – The actress will give IPL 2018 opening ceremony a miss this time because of her busy schedule. She is currently busy shooting for Namastey England with Arjun Kapoor.

The Indian Premier League 2018 opening ceremony would start between 6 to 6: 30 PM IST.

Where To Watch?

The opening ceremony of this year’s Indian Premier League will be available on Star India network.

The first match of the IPL 2018 will be played between Chennai Super Kings and defending champions Mumbai Indians after the opening ceremony. The match will start at 8:00 PM and the toss will be held at 7: 30 PM.
