MS Dhoni showcases shooting skill and hits bulls-eye every time — Watch Video

Former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni on September 20 showcased his shooting skills ahead of the second One Day International match between India and Australia at the iconic Eden Gardens in Kolkata. After playing foot volleyball with his teammates during the team training session, India’s World Cup-winning captain MS Dhoni headed to Kolkata Police Training School for a pistol shooting session.

MS Dhoni, who announced his retirement from Test cricket in 2014, was accompanied by his teammate Manish Pandey.

“The great MS Dhoni takes some time off to practice his shooting skills at our state of the art shooting range this afternoon at Police Training School. His accuracy is breathtaking,” Kolkata Police posted on their Facebook page.

According to the several media reports, Dhoni not only shot in the range but engaged the Kolkata Police recruits with a pep-talk during his visit in the afternoon.

Kolkata Police shared a video of Dhoni on their official Twitter handle and captioned it as: “MS Dhoni sharpens his shooting skills at our state-of-the-art range at Police Training School this afternoon”.

Meanwhile, Team India is taking on Steve Smith-led Australian side in the 2nd ODI. India is currently leading the five-match series by 1-0. They thrashed visitors by 26 runs in the 1st ODI match at Chennai that was truncated by rain.

Earlier in the day, Indian skipper Virat Kohli won the toss and he decided to set the target. The match began after former Indian opener and women cricketer Jhulan Goswami rang the bell at Eden Gardens.
