Hardik Pandya is making the most of his stay in the rainbow nation ahead of the 1st Test at Newlands, Cape Town. Recently, the cricketer introduced his fans on Twitter to his new friend in South Africa. And, the new buddy is none other than an adorable monkey.

Pandya tweeted a photo of him feeding berry juice to the cute little fella.

Pandya came to limelight after he had a splendid 2017 IPL, both with the bat and the ball. Pandya is also an incredible fielder and that makes him a complete modern day cricketer. Just after a brilliant IPL, he made his Test debut against Sri Lanka and also brought up his maiden century.

Recently former Indian great Sachin Tendulkar reckoned that India holds the edge in South Africa because of Hardik Pandya, as he perfectly balances the unit.

Meanwhile, Pandya has been selected in Team India as an allrounder. He is a fixture in the ODI and T20I teams but is yet to cement his place in the Test squad. It is unclear if he will make the cut for the 1st Test at Newlands, starting January 5. The Test will be played in Newlands, Cape Town.
