Pakistani pacer Wahab Riaz put on SALE on eBay, bid starts from AU $ 1. Anybody interested in buying him?

The seller is an Australian whose profile has the name mrdenn1s. He has mentioned Wahab as 'used' and mentioned "Some wear and tear. Hairy". "Riaz would make a good paperweight or garden gnome," the seller added

For Pakistan cricket team, these days could be their best ones. After tumbling in their first game in the ICC Champions Trophy against India, they came back very well and played a phenomenal cricket. They pushed South Africa on the edge, eliminated New Zealand and stopped England from entering the finals. They will play the finals on June 18 while one of their players is recently making headline as he was put on SALE. Pakistani pacer Wahab Riaz got injured in the first game against India and was ruled out for the rest of the games. And later, someone has put him on sale on the e-commerce website eBay.

According to an NDTV report, the seller is an Australian whose profile has the name mrdenn1s. He has mentioned Wahab as ‘used’ and mentioned “Some wear and tear. Hairy”. “Riaz would make a good paperweight or garden gnome,” the seller added.

The brief description says:

“WHAB RIAZ – I don’t need him anymore. Some wear and tear. Hairy.

Bought Wahab in 2008 hoping he could win matches for Pakistan. He can intimidate Shane Watson but can’t get them out.”

The seller also has a reason why he is selling him out. The seller says he has upgraded to Junaid Khan.

Later, eBay removed this entry from the sale. However, it got too late. By the time, there were around 50 bids where one user even agreed to pay 610 Australian dollars. The website was late in removing the thing but the people were not. The screenshots were taken and the picture went viral.

Wahab Riaz was ruled out from the tournament and Junaid Khan replaced him in the playing XI. Wahab could play only one game in the ongoing tournament which didn’t go well for him. Firstly, he turned out to be the most expensive bowler as he conceded 87 runs in 8.4 overs and then he got injured and couldn’t come to bat as well. Pakistan lost that game to India by 124 runs.
