Virat Kohli on #IndvsBan: It is an equal battle

Virat Kohli does not want to be found complacent and hence has asked his boys to bring their 'A' game to the party.

Even after Bangladesh performed pathetically against India A, Indian skipper Virat Kohli does not want to be found complacent and hence has asked his boys to bring their ‘A’ game to the party.

Addressing a press conference, Kohli cited that Bangladesh have defeated New Zealand and hence cannot be taken as mere push overs.

During the press conference Kohli also spoke of Rahane justifying his selection over triple-centurion Karun Nair. Kohli feels one-off game cannot overshadow two years of consistency and that Rahane is the most solid batsman India has in the Test format.

In fact Team India coach Anil Kumble also during a press conference warned the boys of complacency.

This is not a Bangladesh team of the past, this team has experience in the likes of Mushfiqur Rahim, Shakib Al Hasan, Litton Das who is coming in the team on the back of a double ton, Mehedi Hasan is also a frontline spinner who is in red-hot form with the red cherry and the promising, exciting Soumya Sarkar.

Hence India cannot take them lightly. Even Rahim wants to make a statement in India, he has mentioned that, so that Bangladesh is invited to India often.

The Hyderabad wicket is going to be a batting paradise according to sources.

The Indian team on the other hand would look to get their combinations right before they take on heavyweights Australia in the coveted Border-Gavaskar trophy, which is a fortnight away.
