A Tik Tok star with more than 40 thousand followers was arrested in Greater Noida on Wednesday on the charges of robbery. Police arrested 23-year-old Shahrukh Khan and 3 other accomplices on the charges of mobile snatching in Greater Noida. The police have recovered five mobiles, one bike and ₹3,520 in cash from their possession.
Khan used to work in Saudi Arabia as a cab driver before returning to India 3 months ago. His dancing skills on the social media app has amassed over 2.78 lakh likes.
“We received information about the snatchers’ movement near Sector Alfa -2 in Greater Noida on Wednesday. A team from Sector Beta 2 police station rushed to the spot and arrested the suspects,” Ranvijay Singh, Superintendent of Police (rural), Gautam Budh Nagar told HT.
