Counting for Karnataka elections began in full swing on Tuesday. At this point, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has already crossed the halfway mark and are inching towards winning at least 125 seats in the state.
BJP workers in Karnataka have already begun celebrations in full swing as soon as the ruling party crossed 112 seats. However, senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy who has summed up what the country’s ruling party is feeling right now.
When asked what would happen if the Congress raised questions on whether the electronic voting machines (EVMs) had been tampered with in Karnataka, this was his reaction:

Early on Tuesday morning, people woke up to a neck-to-neck battle between BJP and Congress. While many thought that the Congress had a fighting chance in Karnataka, their wishes were thwarted as numbers started rolling in towards the noon.
