Elderly Man Braves Delhi’s Heat To Serve Water To Commuters

This is called being selfless

While the mercury crossed 48 degree Celsius on June 10, an elderly Sikh man in Delhi continued to serve water to thirsty commuters. In a video tweeted by @ZeHarpreet, an unidentified man is seen serving water to thirsty passengers in a stationary bus as well as filling bottles of people at the bus stand. The man’s simple gesture towards those commuting in the heat has won many hearts online.

In the sweltering Delhi heat, this Sardarji, is single handedly trying to bring some relief to the people! Commendable. pic.twitter.com/KoOW9p3eA2

Great service. The youngsters are happily filling their bottles. They should ideally drink a glass or two. It’s meant thirsty people and not meant for stocking 🙂
